Мета дослідження – визначити найбільш дієві практики місцевого врядування, спрямовані на розвиток стійкості та успішне відновлення на рівні територіальних громад для протидії викликам повномасштабної війни російської федерації проти України.

The purpose of this research is to identify the most effective local practices of governance aimed at developing resilience and successful restoration at the level of territorial communities to counter the challenges of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.
