It is a virtual part of the ecosystem of development and support of civil society organizations (CSOs), which provides support tools, in particular, the opportunity to receive grants for organizational development, information about service providers, training and an archive of research on Ukrainian civil society. Success stories and useful tips from Ukrainian CSOs are also waiting for you on the DIM platform, which will facilitate the exchange of experience and inspiration.

DIM has several separate spaces.

• Organizational development marketplace — a meeting place for customers of services and suppliers, where you can view current tender offers and submit your own.
• Analytical library — the results of research about Ukrainian civil society are collected and constantly added here.
• Training — a repository of useful courses from Ukrainian and international teachers, thanks to which you can learn or improve your qualifications, get a certificate to confirm your knowledge.
• News — everything about the life of CSOs that may be interesting and useful to others: articles, lectures, presentations, discussions, webinars of providers of organizational development services.

The DIM platform was initiated and built by the Ukrainian civil society organization ISAR Ednannia, which since 1999 has been developing civil society, improving the environment in which the civic sector operates, and also strengthening initiatives to build democracy in Ukraine. ISAR Ednannia is one of the largest grant providers and annually provides up to 500 grants for the implementation of socially useful initiatives throughout the government-controlled territory of Ukraine.
