Набір даних містить інформацію про видатки Фонду ліквідації наслідків збройної агресії у 2025 році. Дані охоплюють розподіл і фактичне використання бюджетних коштів, спрямованих на відновлення житлової, соціальної, медичної та критичної інфраструктури, пошкодженої внаслідок збройної агресії. У межах аналітики досліджено ключових розпорядників коштів, регіональну структуру фінансування, об’єкти відновлення, підрядні організації та платіжні операції. Особливу увагу приділено рівню освоєння коштів, концентрації видатків за регіонами та проєктами, а також операційній складності фінансування. Набір даних може бути корисним для моніторингу прозорості використання бюджетних ресурсів, оцінки ефективності державної політики відновлення, аналізу пріоритетів фінансування та подальшого громадського контролю за процесами відбудови України.

The dataset contains information on expenditures from the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression in 2025. The data covers the allocation and actual use of budget funds directed toward the restoration of housing, social, medical, and critical infrastructure damaged as a result of armed aggression. The analysis examines key fund managers, the regional structure of financing, reconstruction sites, contractors, and payment transactions. Particular attention is paid to the level of fund utilization, the concentration of expenditures by regions and projects, as well as the operational complexity of financing. This dataset may be useful for monitoring the transparency of budget resource use, assessing the effectiveness of state reconstruction policy, analyzing funding priorities, and supporting further public oversight of Ukraine’s recovery processes.
