Мета цієї записки - простежити вплив трьох факторів (громадянська обізнаність, громадянська активність та мотивація до участі в громадській діяльності) на рівень громадянської грамотності серед населення в цілому та учасників заходів Програми «Долучайся!» зокрема.

The purpose of this paper is to trace the impact of three factors (civic awareness, civic engagement, and motivation to participate in civic activities) on the level of civic literacy among the population in general and USAID/ENGAGE participants in particular.
