В умовах війни Україна продовжує працювати над вирішенням ургентних питань відбудови пошкоджених і зруйнованих об’єктів за принципом «тут і зараз», підтримує діяльність «швидкого відновлення» та водночас працює над створенням умов для великої відбудови за принципом «відбудувати краще, ніж було». У цьому матеріалі ми зібрали та проаналізували майже 2500 новин про життєвий цикл відбудови за період із травня до жовтня 2023 року. Крім того, здійснили їх класифікацію та детально розкрили ключові рішення та проєкти відбудови. Така класифікація допоможе краще ідентифікувати виклики та виокремити досягнутий прогрес. Цей огляд є першим випуском серії. Матеріал буде корисним громадськості, експертам, міжнародним оглядачам, журналістам та іншим зацікавленим сторонам.

Amidst the war, Ukraine continues to work on urgent issues of rebuilding damaged and destroyed facilities on a "here and now" basis, supports "rapid recovery" activities, and at the same time works to create conditions for a major reconstruction on a "build back better than before" basis. In this material, we have collected and analyzed nearly 2500 news stories about the recovery life cycle between May and October 2023. In addition, we classified them and detailed the key decisions and projects of reconstruction. This classification will help to better identify challenges and highlight the progress made. This review is the first issue of the series. The material will be useful to the public, experts, international observers, journalists, and other stakeholders.
