Звіт висвітлює зміни в середовищі ОГС, що відбулися в Україні у 2024 році. Викладене у звіті безпосередньо пов’язане з умовами збройної агресії РФ проти України, яка досі триває й спричинила та надалі спричиняє переміщення значної кількості ОГС із територій, що нині перебувають у зоні бойових дій або тимчасово окуповані; загрозу для життя і здоров’я активістів і членів їхніх родин на тимчасово окупованих територіях; дезінформацію та кібератаки тощо.

The conditions of the Russian Federation’s ongoing armed aggression against Ukraine have led to, among other things, the displacement of a significant number of civil society organisations from the territories where hostilities are (or were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, threats to the lives and health of activists and their families in the temporarily occupied territories, and disinformation and other types of cyber-attacks.
