В публікації описуються обставити, що вплинули на стан ринку праці в Україні: через старіння населення чисельність робочої сили скорочується, і основою майбутньої продуктивності праці та економічного розвитку залишається якість людського капіталу, особливо молодих працівників. Зараз ринок праці стикається з гострою нестачею кваліфікованих фахівців, а роботодавці шукають нові способи залучення та утримання працівників. Ця проблема значно посилюється через війну, що спричинила такі явища, як масова еміграція молодих людей за кордон, мобілізацію чоловічого населення.

The publication describes the circumstances that have affected the labor market in Ukraine: due to the aging of the population, the labor force is shrinking, and the quality of human capital, especially young workers, remains the basis for future productivity and economic development. The labor market is currently facing an acute shortage of skilled professionals, and employers are looking for new ways to attract and retain employees. This problem is significantly exacerbated by the war, which has caused such phenomena as mass emigration of young people abroad and mobilization of the male population.
