У книзі представлені короткі й вибіркові історії українських фандрейзерів, що ілюструють рух загалом. На типових життєвих прикладах продемонстровані джерела активізму людей, які навіть не здогадувались, що з ними відбудеться «перетворення» на фандрейзерів, або організацій, які не думали, що їм доведеться настільки суттєво розширити свою діяльність для забезпечення критичних потреб на рівні всієї держави.

The book presents short and selective stories of Ukrainian fundraisers that illustrate the movement as a whole. Typical real-life examples demonstrate the sources of activism of people who did not even know that they would be ‘transformed’ into fundraisers, or organisations that did not think they would have to expand their activities so significantly to meet critical needs at the national level.
