Основою для цього документа стали напрацювання стратегічної сесії представників ключових організацій громадянського суспільства, донорської спільноти, органів центральної влади та ЗМІ. Відтак стратегія являє собою комплексний документ, що включає аналіз поточного стану, викликів та перспектив подальшого розвитку на найближчі роки.

The basis for this document was the outcomes of a strategic session of representatives of key civil society organisations, the donor community, central government and the media. As a result, the strategy is a comprehensive document that includes an analysis of the current state challenges and prospects for further development in the coming years.
