Цей документ є дослідженням можливих механізмів конфіскації російських суверенних активів. Ми також намагалися визначити найбільш ефективний спосіб та правову рамку конфіскації, яка б не посягала на існуючий міжнародний правовий порядок.

This document is a research on the possible mechanisms of Russian sovereign assets’ confiscation. We also tried to determine the most effective way and legal framework of confiscation that would not sacrifice the existing international legal order.
