У цьому звіті наведені результати аналізу впливу воєнних дій на стан мереж громадського моніторингу якості повітря в Україні. Наведені результати демонструють зміни, що зазнали у 2022 - 2023 роках інституції громадянського суспільства у частинах технічної та комунікаційної спроможності громадського моніторингу якості повітря, поширення та комунікації даних, а також інституційної спроможності підтримки цих мереж моніторингу. Ця публікація формує та обґрунтовує перелік рекомендацій для сталого організаційного розвитку мереж моніторингу якості та безпечності повітря у надзвичайних умовах війни та період післявоєнної відбудови.

Development and transformation of citizen air quality monitoring initiatives in war conditions in Ukraine This report presents the analysis results of military actions affected to the state of citizen air quality monitoring networks in Ukraine. The results of this report demonstrate institutional changes in civil society in 2022-2023, in terms of technical and communication capacity for citizen air quality monitoring, data dissemination and communication, and institutional capacity to support these monitoring networks. This publication provides a well-founded list of recommendations for the sustainable organizational development of air quality and safety monitoring networks in the emergency conditions of war and the period of post-war recovery.
