Andrii Palvovych

Andrii’s activities in civic sector began from the renewal of the scout movement in Ukraine after the Soviet Union collapse, development of volunteer movement and civic education. He coordinated numerous international programs aimed at youth development, strengthening of youth organizations’ capabilities and implementation of youth initiatives. Starting from 2005 and until now, Andrii has worked for SALTO EECA, the organization that grants unique opportunities for enhancement of youth organizations’ capabilities and develops intersectoral cooperation with the purpose of increasing the influence of non-governmental organizations over the formation of youth policy in the countries of its presence. Member of the advisory board of the EU-Coe Youth Partnership and member of the “Tools for Learning” working group. Andrii has been a board member of ISAR ‘Ednannia’ since 2013 and the Chairperson since 2016.
